Tallinn Manual: international law in cyberspace

On 6 June 2017, the EUISS organised an expert workshop on the key challenges associated with the application of international law in cyberspace.

The workshop convened experts in the field of EU cyber diplomacy from the EEAS, as well as the co-editor of the Tallinn Manual.
