The Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative (NAPCI) and the European Experience

The EUISS and the Korean National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) coorganised a conference entitled  'The Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative (NAPCI) and the European Experience' in Seoul, on 18-19 September, 2014. Based on South Korean President Park's flagship initiative for regional security, the event allowed the exchange of views between European and South Korean experts and practitioners on how to enhance trust in the region through cooperation.

The Conference was held in close cooperation with the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European External Action Service, and saw the participation of the Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yoon Byung-se, and the Ambassador of EU to the Republic of Korea, Tomasz Kozlowski.
